Australian Consumer Law — your rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) you have consumer guarantees when buying goods and services. These guarantees cannot be excluded and include that goods are of acceptable quality, match descriptions, and are fit for purpose.

Remedies
For major failures — refund, replacement or compensation for drop in value. For minor failures — repair.

Returns, refunds and process
To request a return under warranty or ACL, please contact us via Contacts. Provide order number, photos and description of the fault. We will assess and advise steps within 5 business days.
- Contact Vandero with evidence of the issue.
- We will confirm return authorisation if applicable.
- Return the item securely; retain tracking.
- Assessment and remedy (repair/replacement/refund).
Return postage may be covered where the fault is accepted; otherwise customer is responsible unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty & product support
Vandero provides product support and any express warranty stated on product pages or packaging. The duration varies by product — see the accordion below for typical guidance.
Limitation of liability & dispute resolution
To the extent permitted by law, Vandero's liability is limited to remedies provided under the ACL. Vandero excludes all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Dispute steps
- Contact Vandero via email or phone — allow 10 business days for response.
- If unresolved, raise a formal dispute in writing.
- We may offer mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- Consumers retain rights to pursue remedies under ACL or at NCAT/Courts.

Governing law: New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the ACL.
