Warranty & product support

Vandero provides product support and any express warranty stated on product pages or packaging. The duration varies by product — see the accordion below for typical guidance.

Fountain pens and mechanical items — 12 months from purchase (subject to proper use). Consumables (ink cartridges, paper) — limited to defects on arrival.

Email Vandero@outlook.com with order details, photos of the issue and proof of purchase. Follow return instructions provided. We will not accept unsolicited returns without authorisation.

Proof of purchase is required. Warranties do not cover deliberate damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or consumable depletion. Vandero reserves the right to assess and determine remedy.

Limitation of liability & dispute resolution

To the extent permitted by law, Vandero's liability is limited to remedies provided under the ACL. Vandero excludes all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Dispute steps
  1. Contact Vandero via email or phone — allow 10 business days for response.
  2. If unresolved, raise a formal dispute in writing.
  3. We may offer mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
  4. Consumers retain rights to pursue remedies under ACL or at NCAT/Courts.
